Wie willst du da rechtlich dagegen vorgehen? Verklagen oder Anzeige erstatten? Das Verläuft doch alles im Sande. 

Bei der deutschen Polizei wird das vielleicht als Kenntnis hingenommen, aber unternehmen können und werden die auch nichts gegen solche Banden.
