Hi Markus! Thanks for writing back, nice to meet you! I am totally
new to such thing as internet dating so I just really don't know what
to write well let me tell you first some more about myself and
we'll see where it will lead us then My name is Katya as you
probably know, I live in central Russia, Tatarstan republic and my
city is called Kamskie Polyani, it's a very small one, only 15000 of
people living here and the nearest big city is Kazan, the capital of
our republic, for sure you've heard about it. I am working as a
pre-school teacher for kids 4-7 years old, I teach them Math and
reading and writing Russian and English languages so you can imagine I
am very intelligent myself this was a joke I am very simple
girl, trying to always stay who I am, don't like to play "mind games",
if you know what I mean, but like to laugh and make people laugh, are
you that kind of person too? I would really like to know more about
you, why are you searching for a girl in internet? My answer to the
same question is very simple: unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to
meet a special person for me here, so I decided the world is big
enough to try searching him somewhere else and here I am writing this
letter to you! I'm almost 28 years old, the 27th of April will be
my birthday, but I feel myself as I'm still in my early twenties
maybe because of my job where I am always surrounded by little kids
who are always noisy and optimistic I've never been married, I
don't smoke and drink very rarely and I prefer wine Some other

Hi Markus! I'm very glad to receive and read your letter, thank you so
much for the photo, you're looking very nice! It's great that your
mood is so good I hope next time you will tell me some more usual
things about you because I am very interested to learn more about your
work and hobbies, likes and dislikes, family and friends and just
anything you would like me to know The weather is getting better
and better day by day here, the sun is shining and I love it even if
it's still cold outside, about -5 degrees Celsius, I bet it's much
warmer in your place I'm sorry I didn't write you about my family
in my first letter. I've never knew my father, he was a policeman and
was killed when I was only two years old so I remember him only from
old photos and my mother was a teacher like me but she was a violin
teacher and I was her pupil for 8 years so violin is the instrument I
can play as well as piano (even if I've not done it for ages), she
died because of a breast cancer three years ago and I still miss her
very much because we were really close to each other...but this is
life and nobody can live forever...I have one sister, who is two years
older then me, her name is Tanya and she's living not so far from here
in Kazan with her husband and two sons, my lovely nephews I'm
sending you a photo of me and her from the last New Year's Eve. Also I
have an uncle and aunt who're living in Ukraine and who ask me to come
for a visit for many years already but I still didn't manage it To
tell you more about myself: my favorite color is yellow so my favorite
flower is yellow rose I like sports and trying to keep my body in a
nice shape going to the gym several times a week and playing
volleyball as a captain of our school's team. I like almost all kind
of food and I cook good (at least everybody says so) but still my
favorite is pizza I like romantic and optimistic movies with happy
ends of course and almost all kinds of music, it depends on my mood.
It's hard to describe a person I am looking for, one thing is for
sure: I don't need a superman with BradPitt's looking and million
dollars on a bank account, I don't need a macho. I am a usual girl not
a princess at all so I am looking for a usual guy who knows what he
wants from life and who's ready to try and get it the most two
important qualities for me are honesty and responsibility, I think
they're 90 percents of my needs in a man, do you have them both?
Well I should get back to work now and I already wrote a lot, hope you
won't be bored by reading this letter and will write me back soon. Oh
and one more thing, if you have a phone number I can call at just to
hear your voice that would be nice for me to know it, I don't have a
mobile at the moment 'cause the one I had was stolen right here in
school (yes nuts happens sometimes) but I can use a public phone for

Hi Markus! Once again it's a great pleasure to receive and read your
letter, thank you for telling me more about your life, yes I agree
with you and I understand you perfectly honesty,sincerity and
truthfulness are the most important qualities. You know my day is
crazy today because my pupils are preparing for their first exams in
their lives which will be in about a week so I am doing my best to
prepare all of them, I am sure they will pass all the exams well and
then I'll finally have some free from work time, I didn't have a
vacation for almost two years and it seems I already forgot what is it
maybe then I'll take a trip somewhere, I've never been abroad
Russia and you know, I've always dreamt to visit Paris, not only
because it's a city of love as all the people know here and Eiffel
tower is a fantastic building but for also very childish reason
(please don't laugh) - I've always dreamt to visit Disney Land
really, I've seen it on the TV so many times, it's like you're in the
middle of a cartoon, fantastic I think have you ever been there? I
don't usually go to the clubs because almost all of my friends are
married and some of them with kids so as you can imagine they would
rather go to picnic then to the disco-club even if I like to dance
very much, are you a good dancer? I'm definitely not Also my
hobbies are playing bowling and billiards which I am really good at,
the best female player in my little city Do you play these games?

Hi Markus! It's fantastic to see your letter in my mailbox. You know I
catch myself on checking it too often waiting for your reply
sometimes...hmmm that is something strange going with me just
joking I really like it You know, what we're doing now is
something that people lost few centuries ago, I mean writing..of
course these letters are not hand-written as Pushkin (do you know who
was he?) wrote but anyway I like this way of knowing you and hope you
think the same, there is much romance in it and it's a candy for such
a poor romantic as me Thank you for the nice photo, who took it?
You're still ignoring my question about your phone number, why? Don't

even a little soon! So how is your day today there? Hope so much it's

relationship between man and woman must consist not only in love and
