Wo gibt sie an zu wohnen??

Die Schriftkodierung KOI8-R sagt eigentlich alles aus: Die Mail kommt von einem Rechner mit kyrillischem Zeichensatz! Es gibt auch noch einen speziellen ukrainischen Zeichensatz namens KOI8-U!

Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob man die 152.21.149.83 wirklich direkt übernehmen kann, da dieses die IP aus einem Handynetz ist. Da habe ich bisher noch keine klaren Aussagen im Netz gefunden!

Allerdings kann ich nicht den Zeichensatz KOI8-R darstellen, um zu sehen, welcher Buchstabe da im Original steht. Möglich, dass es sich um Steuerzeichen handelt, die bei unserem Zeichensatz in der Form des š wiedergegeben werden.
