Für mich riecht das im Vorfeld schon stark nach Scam....

I live in Votkinsk about 1300 klm from Moscow to the east. This city
is located in region which called Udmurtian Republic. I guess you
have a question why did I specify Finland in my profile? The reason
is it wasn't actually my idea to put my picture and profile in
website. My girlfriend Vera has married a man from Finland and relocated there not long time ago. She is happy in her marriage and waiting for baby. When I talked to Vera, she told that I should leave Russia and try to find foreigner. She told me that I should try Internet relations, because it is possible to meet good matching man there. She wanted to help me and even created profile for me and pushed me to use this website! So I am here and have a hope to find my future husband in Internet. I want to be happy as my girlfriend Vera. I have never been married and don't have kids. I am the only child in my family, I have no brothers or sisters.
