Mal wieder etwas neues vom Kindergarten.
Darf ich vorstellen meine neue (alte) Erdkunde Lehrerin. Mail: Hi, my far friend Andy!
How are you today? What have you did today? Today I had a off the
work day so I decided to find some photos for you. Also I decided
to write you about city where I live.
But before I will ask you maybe you've forgot to give me your
phone number? If you want to speak with me and let me hear your
voice, please give it to me.
First photo is made near(on) fountain it's near our home. I see
this fountain almost every day but anyway it doesn't bore me,
sometimes when it's warm on the street and I have a free time, I
sit on the bench near fountain and look at it, sometimes think
about my life and my sisters... I was unable to not make a photo
with the fountain. Because it's my favorite place in Kazan after
my home of course...
Now I will tell you why Kazan's name is Kazan.
One part of people think that city got the name Kazan because
located in hollow - in translation from Tatarian language Kazan
means "copper". Other think that one man Kazgan-Han found Kazan.
Last part think that one legend tells the truth. One servant (of
one prince) running away from Mongols wanted to take a water in a
gold copper and dropped it in a river. That's why river has been
called Kazanka and city called by Kazan.
Let's return to the photos. On the second photo I stay at berth.
I can remember that time, it was a spring and sun warmed up and
snow thawed, it was warm, but cold wind made me to wear a
jacket...
Oh, I forgot to tell that Kazan is one of the oldest cities in
Russia. It was found at 1005 and it 1003 years old! I remember the
time when Kazan was 1000! It was most terrific event in the
history of the city! Each person was able to find a holiday on
the street, everybody walked, relaxed and had a fun, except
police of course. They worked as usual...
It was so interesting to share information I know about my city,
where have been so many moments both bad and good...
