Anfänglich gab es nichts, was mein Misstrauen hätte aufrütteln können. Im Gegenteil, der warme Ton und die anfängliche Distanz weckte mein Vertrauen. Das einzige, was mich ein bisschen irritierte, waren dann die etwas sehr offenen Herzensbekundungen. Und dann wurde der Briefwechsel zunehmend eine one-way-communication.
Ich tappte ein paar Tage im Dunkeln. Meine Freunde, denen ich von ‚Lauren’ erzählte, hatten gemischte Gefühle. Ich begann zu googeln und wurde fündig.  Wie so oft: Schreibfehler lassen sich am leichtesten ergoogeln. 
Übrigens: keiner meiner Freunde kannte diese Art von Scamming. Schön, dass es eure Seite gibt.

Sämtliche Mails wurden über open Relays in Amerika eingeliefert,
um die wahre Herkunft zu verschleiern. Abgesendet wurden sie jedoch in Rußland,
was die Date-Zeile beweist.

Proxys und open Relays unterdrücken die Weitergabe der eigentlichen Client-IP (HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR), 
in diesem Fall wird die IP-Adresse des Proxy-Servers angezeigt. 


Die Bilder sind vermutlich aus irgend einem Online-Album gestohlen.
